These are my final photos for my concentration. I changed my theme at the last minute, because these pictures were stronger. My theme is now imprisonment shown through geometric shapes

  1. I'm glad you changed your theme. You pictures are perfect, and you know that I think that already. I would only change the fact that one of them is sideways. Other than that, the geometry is perfect, and everything works perfectly with your theme.

  2. First off "WHOA!". I love them! It creates an eerie feeling and that's awesome (I believe so), they are nicely taken! but one of them is sideways, unless it was meant to be like that.

  3. OMGG! :D I love your photos. There nicely taken and demonstrate the theme very well. I think that the one that is sideways would of looked good if you turned it.

  4. I really like what you changed your theme to! I think these are amazing pictures filled with the geometric shapes to show your concentration. I don't think you really need to improve on anything except for the sideways picture.

  5. I love your whole series, the 8th picture of the stairs is very strong! I like what you changed your theme to, the only thing I would tweak is the lighting coming out of the windows in the 9th picture, if there were a way you could bring out the ractangles in the window it would be really powerful.

  7. I love your theme! It's very creative and unique. The clarity is amazing as well as the lighting. SO GOOD. I'm having a difficult time finding something you could improve, so I'm just going to say keep it how it is, its really good :)

  8. You have really strong pictures, and worked well with your theme. The lighting in the images are great and besides rotating the one image I wouldn't change anything!

  9. I love all of these pictures! There's really strong color in many of these that contrast with the gloomy message you are trying to convey, so it really creates interest. Like everyone else already said, just rotate the 11th image. Great work! I would totally buy these as prints :)

  12. It's strange because I was just thinking about the idea you're talking about today and I think that your photos fit it perfectly. They're all different but alike, and the leading lines really stand out. I don't think anything needs to be changed.

  15. These are sooooooooo great Skyler!!! Are some of these taken at Alcatraz per chance? The detail, clarity, movement, geometric shape, and decaying feel to these photos are absolutely outstanding. This was a fabulous, extremely creative project, you did so well. I can't stop looking at them, haha. Fantastic job!! :D

  16. I love the lines and repetition of shapes in your images. Also, I love that there's a strict color scheme throughout your series, because it creates the eerie mood of imprisonment. Other than rotating one image, I wouldn't suggest anything for change! Absolutely love your series :)
